First Cignal Experience Center now operational
The awesome experience of watching various channels spread over an impressive, state-of-the-art, 86” LED screen equipped with 5.1 Dolby Surround Sound is just one of the reasons to visit the first-ever Cignal Experience Center recently opened on the ground floor of the Cignal HQ, Mandaluyong City.
The roster of notable guests that graced the unveiling of the Center included PLDT Group Chairman-President and CEO Manny V. Pangilinan, Mediaquest Holdings Inc. President and CEO Ray C. Espinosa, Cignal TV President and CEO Jane Jimenez-Basas, Voyager Innovations Inc CEO Orlando Vea, and Mandaluyong Councilor Cherry Lyn Pablo Santos representing the city government.
Jimenez-Basas said the Cignal Experience Center aims to reach out to current and new customers and allow them to explore first-hand Cignal’s various channels and content in awesome HD quality. She added the flagship center is in keeping with Cignal’s reputation as an industry innovator.
Jimenez-Basas reiterated, “The Cignal Experience Center, as its name implies, is a way for our subscribers to actually experience first hand what they have on their plate once they choose Cignal. From improving our content to providing more channels for the gamut of consumer tastes, to enhancing the customer experience even in seemingly mundane tasks such as paying bills or articulating feedback, Cignal is making a push to make this all an awesome experience. And since we’re no. 1 in the market, it is high time that we have our own store!”
Also spotted at the launch were content partners from Fox, Viacom, Turner and members of the Tabi Po cast – Adrian Alandy, Phoebe Walker, Jourdanne Castillo and AJ Muhlach.
PLDT’s Manny Pangilinan also lauded the dedication and commitment of the Cignal team that has resulted in the company’s amazing growth in its eight years of existence. “I hope that this is just the first of many Cignal stores that you will open all over the country that will showcase the excellent quality of service that Cignal provides”, Pangilinan says.
The Center also aims to raise the level of personalized customer service through face-to-face transactions. The Center’s modern and crisp interiors plus the solicitous attention of Cignal agents guarantee the ease and comfort of doing business. Existing subscribers can settle their accounts in a breeze through Cignal agents or via the automated bills payment machine in the area. New customers can apply for Postpaid subscriptions and learn more about Cignal’s latest promos and offers right in a relaxed and attentive atmosphere. More than a one-stop shop, the Cignal Experience Center brings customer service for Pay TV subscribers to another level of awesome.
The Cignal Experience Center is open Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the Ground Floor, Launchpad, Sheridan corner Reliance streets, Mandaluyong City.
